Hi,
I encountered an issue while creating an event on the team calendar. Please see the attached screenshot below.
As far as I know, there should be a Display "Radio Button" where I can choose an option such as Project, Saved Filter, or JQL(Advanced).
Some of my colleague has that option, I'm wondering why is not there on my end.
Thank you.
Hi Ysaac! Thanks for sharing this information.
Looking further, I am able to replicate this behaviour consistently. The result I showed earlier was on a personal instance.
The difference between instances (both where Confluence 6.12.2 and Jira 8.0) was the authentication set in the Application Links.
When I changed it to OAuth (impersonation) I was able to have the desired results.
With this in mind, could you check if the application link is set at OAuth (impersonation)?

Our application link was set to OAuth. It's really weird that some of our colleagues has this option

Hello there! Thanks for sharing with us Ysaac.
I tried creating a Jira Issue Date event and had the same dialog window shown:
Could you share some details with us:
- Which Confluence version is currently running on the server?
- Which Team Calendars version is installed in Confluence?
- Was this option available at some point in the past?
- Is your colleague using the same calendar as you?
Also, could you share some screenshots of the option that is currently missing? Please, keep in mind that Community is an open space and anyone can see content posted here. Be careful to not disclose any sensitive data in the screenshots.
Let us know Ysaac!
