Why would I be able to log into JIRA/BitBucket successfully but not Confluence?

I am able to access full functionality inside JIRA and BitBucket but get an error ("Sorry, an error occurred trying to log you in.  Please try again.").  What would cause this?

How is your enviorment setup?  Are you hosted locally or in the cloud?

Local host with JIRA authentication into systems. I have admin privilege which is what confuses me.
