Word import shows Red X on image once exported to a new space

Word import shows Red X on image once exported to a new space

Space was exported to a new instance and now word import shows one of the images on the page as a RED X. Others are displaying fine.

@Stephanie Hurt Do you have access to the old instance, is the file in the old instance attached properly? Since it is just one file I would suggest just attaching it again.

Yes, I do have access and downloaded the file and reattached it and it appeared the same.

The file is originally in .docx format. If I change the extension to .doc it appears correctly.

That's correct. The Red X appeared as the image even when I reuploaded the document as a docx

@Stephanie Hurt I wonder if something is wrong with that file. If you save the .doc file that is working as a docx will it now load after uploading it?
