Wrong user count in Confluence license

Hello there,

I have a server instance with Starter license (for 10 users) installed in my premises. 
I have a question about users count in my license.
For now, I see that there are already 6 users used out of 10 (in my admin panel).
But in fact there are only 3 real users (me, my colleague and admin). Also, there are 2 users that are turned off and they do not count, and a lot of add-ons in the list.
Could you help me please with this issue? I'd like to have correct users count.

Hi @Dmitriy Ivannikov  and welcome to our Community!

Try to do the following:

Confluence Admin >> Cache Statistics >> Flush All

And see if anything changes.

I did it twice. Unfortunately it didn't help.

I have Confluence 6.15 if it does matter.

Do you use only the internal directory or some other ones (like LDAP) as well?

I don't use LDAP, only internal directory.

There are two users created and "admin" user, that's all.

I can copy and paste my user list here, maybe it will be helpful.

Well, I've disabled Trello add-ons,

The counter has reduced (it was 6. now it is 4).
