×One of our employees regularly receives mails from atlassian where the following is written:
"Hi Xxx,
This is a final reminder that your Confluence site, team-1619686055773.atlassian.net, will be disabled on 2021-09-04 if it continues to remain inactive. At that point, you’ll lose access to Confluence and your data will be permanently deleted soon after.
Log back in before 2021-09-04 to maintain access to Confluence.
She uses confluence more or less on a daily basis, why does she receive these mails? Can you disable this, or do we have to change something in her settings?
Thanks a lot
Are you sure the mails are about the same instance that she's actively working on? That should be obvious by looking at the URL
What do you mean exactly with instance? The spaces within confluence?

I meant the whole Confluence application. Your URL looks like: https://<something>.atlassian.net/wiki
Is she getting emails about this Confluence? Or could it be another one?
If you want to be sure I suggest you contact Atlassian Support to clarify what those emails are about.

It's from Confluence, that's the only application they have access to. How could I get in Contact with the atlassian support?

Here is the URL where you can create a support request: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
I think it's the best thing to do because users on the Community can not troubleshoot user specific issues :-)
