adding what was changed after publishing a page

When publishing a page in confluence you get the ability to add a comment next to the Publish button. If you did not added a comment and publish the page can you add a comment afterwards? So that it shows up in the Page history?

Hello,

There is no way to insert a comment into already published page. You can make a new edit and add comment after, or if page has just been published, restore it and publish new change with comment deleting old version.

There is a feature considered allowing ability to change page version comments, you can find it here CONFSERVER-52704 . Please vote want follow. Comments are also welcome.
