any tips on getting the macro to display the correct PDF on the thumbnail?

I have multiple PDF files for this page. When I select the correct file, the thumbnail displays the wrong PDF. It was correct when I uploaded it yesterday and then today it reflects the wrong one. Any suggestions?

The thumbnail generates the first page from PDF.

Can you please include screenshots of what error you are facing

Thanks, yes on first page display. Content is intellectual content and so can’t attach. 
seems like a cache situation (?)
