I have linked Jira and confluence server with oauth, should user login and authenticate the link when the login for the first time as I see. user is requested to authenticate in confluence to see the Jira issue status in confluence page.
please clarify

What is the version of JIRA and Confluence? Have you selected OAuth impersonation when creating the application links? Let me know if you are getting Login and Approve message?

Hi Yoganand,

Jira 7.10 and confluence 6.10 is linked with OAuth. I see the status connected in both Jira and confluence page. when I tried to set up application link,i got a notification to approve the application link and I approved it for access.

but when a new user logins in confluence for the first time, it is asking to authenticate to see the Jira status in confluence page. please help
