Hello dear community.
We want to redesign a process. Since Confluence and Jira are available to us and also most used by everyone, I would like to include the process on Confluence.
Does anyone have a concrete tip?
Use-case: 5-6 people from different departments need to fill in details in a form one after the other, additionally we need feedback from someone in the team to check if the details are correct.
This form needs to be reproducible, as this form is filled out about once a month. The main problem with the old process was that the process was quite long and confusing, as the form was attached in Jira and some didn't know which was the most recent form.
I would appreciate any suggestions.
Kind regards
Alisa

Hi @Alisa quick question does the form actually have to be in a form? Could you not just have a jira issue type with the fields you are asking folks to populate and have the issue workflow set to assign the issue to the appropriate person for more details or validation. Once complete it could then be published into Confluence.

I would suggest that if you find this to be of more value then yes. I do not have a youtube channel. Building this out wouldn't be that difficult, layout your workflow on paper or whiteboard with all transitions and assignments. Transfer your form fields into Jira fields. Build out the work flow with conditions, validators, and post functions to mirror the workflow you laid out on your whiteboard/paper.
