Thanks for raising this with Atlassian Community. This is not normal behavior, and it's either your browser or an app causing the issue.

Can you tell me what browser version you're using? Can you try across different browsers? Test with Chrome, Firefox, IE/Edge, Safari, etc. Make sure to disable any browser add-ons you have running. You will also want to try in Incognito/Private browsing mode.

If you still have the problem, I'll make a support ticket for you. Is this for your j***-j****.atlassian.net site?

yes, it was happening for all users.
