conditional listbox

I want to create 2 listbox like this

1-car, color

2-if select car only show(BMW,BENZ) , if select color only show(RED,BLUE)

Any idea?

i don't want change color of cell, it just example, I want to filter second dropdown listbox base on first one.

Any other idea?
