My Page properties report macro isn't showing data from a few pages.
I have Page properties report and have included the labels from a number of pages (all pages are within the same space and the report has the same space selected)
Within each of the other pages I have copied and pasted the SAME table layout (two columns all with the same rows with the left side being the heading and the right side being the values). These tables are all within a page properties container on every page.
This was working fine when I was referencing 3 of the pages - the page properties report included all the values from the 3 lables/pages referenced. Perfect I thought - then I went and added the same layout to 20 other pages (all in the same space - each with their own label)
But then after I added all of these labels/pages to the page properties report only two pages were now picked up. Every page has the same table and they are all in page property report containers - I cant see ANY differences other than the values on the right column.
I would post images but it is work related so I cant.
Hi @Tye Fraser , welcome to the Community!
Could you please elaborate on the label aspect? Did you make sure you have all the page's labels set in the Page Properties Macro's configuration?
The Report will only display pages with configured labels and the part with
each with their own label
makes me doubt the pages have the same labels that are in the Report Macro.
Kind regards,
Nicolai
Hi @Nicolai Sibler , thank you!
I did have the labels within the Page Properties Report Macro etc. It was all set up properly. The issue resolved after closing chrome and opening it up again - not sure why that would have an impact?
Just adding some additional notes: Yesterday I was trying to resolve the issue for a while (30mins+) and nothing worked. I ended with 3/22 pages added to the labels in the Report Macro but only 2 rows displaying. After restarting my computer today and opening Chrome/confluence there were now 3 rows displaying - this hinted that I needed to restart Chrome for it to work. I then added the same label to all 22 pages and viewed the Report Macro - after reloading the page a few times nothing was happening. I then closed every Chrome window and then re-opened it Chrome/confluence, which then showed all 22 rows in the Report Macro. It mustn't be picking up new labels/data without restarting Chrome.
Kind regards,
Tye

Hi @Tye Fraser ,
it's hard to tell what was the origin of the error. At first glance I'd assume it could have the been browser cache or a corrupt Confluence index.
If you meet the issue again, you could try some other cache-cleared browser like Firefox to see if it's a browser issue. If it persists, try reindexing your instance.
Kind regards,
Nicolai
