create a space

I have a confluence (7.4) on ubuntu 20 

User has not permission to create a space.

What is wrong?

even admin not permission to create space.  create is not available.

i write space name and space key  but create is not possible is  gryede out.

They don't have the permission.  It is what it says.

Take a look in global permissions for the groups who have "create space".  You'll find your user is not in any of them.

group in what ubuntu group or confluence group?

i create a ldap group and call it wiki. and all is in this group.

i have had permission. 

i can see in file system directory ../wiki has 700 and owner is confluence.

and /var/atlassian has the same permission.

The operating system users and groups have nothing to do with the users groups Confluence use in its user system (they may have some commonality if you are drawing them all from the same user directory)

What groups are named in the global permission "can create space"?

in confluence app found group and gave permission. But i don't understand i make it 

did for a days ago, and after reboot i need to do it.!
