create password not showing for first time users.

Hi,

While adding users to confluence, create password option is not showing. When they try to login using Microsoft, the page is stuck in OTP. Even after entering OTP, it is not working. Does anyone else facing the same issue? Please help me in resolving this.

To my knowledge when try to login using logins from an IP, then you should click the corresponding button, instead of typing their usernames and passwords. Can you confirm that they indeed click on the corresponding IDp button and they can't login?

I will check! Thank you. They ae able to login from mobile or from outside network.
