draw.io keeps being uninstalled after installation

Hi

I'm using the confluence cloud version and trying to use the draw.io app

but I'm having trouble using it...

I am repeating the procedure below more than 4 times...

1. click the "Try it free" button on This Page  

2. add draw.io diagram on the confluence page

3. see this message after publishing the page and reload

4. check draw.io has been disappeared in manage apps in setting page

5. back to number 1

I was wondering if I'm the only one who's having this issue.

Could you tell me if you are using old or new editor, please?

Do you have the same issue with other macros or draw.io only?

I've never used any other apps before. draw.io is our first app.

we are using a new editor, not the old one.

could you tell me which other macros could be good to test?

I consulted our engineers. If draw.io is uninstalled automatically you need to contact Atlassian support. This is something Atlassian should check and fix on their end because it is not under our control.
