We had to re-enable sync as it got paused by a subscription expiry, and now all accounts are denied access, even the admin account. How can I contact Atlassian support about getting access reinstated?

I tried to, but got "you don't have permission to access this content" - As you need to log in to create a support ticket, and if that account is not allowed to submit a ticket or is 'deactivated' then you're fresh out of luck. I even tried to log a ticket with this throwaway account, but was told to go to these forums instead.
It doesn't matter anymore. While I knew how to get back in, I was trying to avoid the 4 hour wait time for the next sync.... I had hoped considering the bill, there'd be some sort of emergency fallback support contact.

Hi @varidan_trevor Have you tried raising a ticket with an account who had site-admin access ? May be because your support subscription is ended, it is not letting you create one. Hopefully someone from Atlassian Team takes a look at this thread and help you further with this.
