file list empty

HI there,

I've created my first file list in Confluence and have tried to upload several files. None of them show in the file list when uploaded (if they have in fact uploaded). Would anyone know please what might be happening? Thanks, Steve

Hi Steve,

I have investigated this issue further and this sounds like a recently discovered bug with attachment macro that can affect how you can attach files in Confluence page.

This issue is tracked in our public bug tracker at

While we'd love to say this will be fixed soon, we're unable to give an estimate for the fix just yet. We will be following up with our bug fix team on your behalf for this issue, as they will need to continue to assess the impact and prioritize the issue against our current backlog. If you want to be updated on the progress, please feel free to add yourself as a watcher to the bug report.

As a workaround, until this bug is fixed, please use drag-n-drop to attach files.
