The forward slash (/) shortcut isn't functioning in my Confluence space at work to bring up the menu, is there alternative methods available to access the same menu without relying on the forward slash?

@ola welcome to the community!  I second @Shawn Doyle - ReleaseTEAM it's probably something with your browser.  Do other people have the same issue?  Does it happen to with another browser?  I double checked, it is working on my system.  I also using the menu item (the plus) in tool bar.  I think that gets you to the same place.

Hope that helps.

I am currently searching for a solution to get rid of this. It is so annoying not only for when you type paths but also for writing this/or/that.

I guess we must be thankful Atlassian didn't decide to use the dot.

This "feature" behaves so annoying.... I regularly loose typed text, or the text cursor goes al over the place,... you can't just type what you think or what you have to note down for others.... at least please improve that thing. After I typed spaces and more than, like, 100 characters the pop up should realize I don't want to insert anything.

So I may try to find a browser plugin which overrides the slash shortcut - thanks for the idea.

Look to see if any browser plugins haven't overridden the /

An easy test is trying a different browser or with incognito mode.
