how to publish confluence template to marketplace?

Hi All!!I am making a template in Confluence and can not find any info on how to publish this template to Marketplace.Is there a guide for this? I can see there is a way of publishing JAR files, but how to do it is a mystery.Is there a technical guide how to make a Confluence Template plugin?Is there a guide how to export Confluence Template from confluence into JAR?or am I doing it wrong?Thank you!

  In order to publish things in the marketplace, I think you should follow these steps

I had a look at the docs, understand all that.

How does one add a template to a JAR?

Also how do one export a template from Confluence to add to the JAR? 

Is there a command line tool to extract a template?
