Dear Confluence Team,
I have granted access to a guest user to a specific space.
In this space, I have created a page and added the macro "include page".
Of course, the guest user has no access to the original page I have shared.
If the guest user goes to his page, he gets the following error message:
The guest user should be in a position to see the "include page" without having permission for other spaces.
Thanks for your support.
Regards,
Serge
Hallo Serge,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Yes, a viewer needs to be able to see the page that contains the content of an "include".
The whole point of the permissions is to only allow authorised people to see content.

Hi Nic,
I understand. But for a guest user it is not possible to have permissons for 2 spaces.
That means for a guest user the unction "include page" is useless, right?
Same issue with "Excerpt Macro"
Thanks,
Serge

Yep, "include" is only going to work for guests if the included page or excerpt is in the same space as the page including them.
