not able to see the page with view permission

as an administrator I have granted view permission only to a certain space. However the users do not see the pages.

Any suggestions

Hi @J.Wieser welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The screenshot with the padlock is a bit too small to read the error message.

Be aware that although members of the group 'confluence-users-konrad-gmbh' may have View permission to the space, they also need a license and the page may not be restricted, unless they have been granted view permission on that specific page.

Can user access no pages at all within the space? Does the home page have page restrictions?

Solved.

The issue was that the user could access the page but was not abe access a page's link to jira, where he in deed did not have permissions.
