I am interested in having a series of checkboxes that can be used to identify 1 or more items on a page. My challenge is they are not a 'task' meaning they don't get completed by someone. They are a source of identification. Is there something I can do to offer a standardized checklist on items that are not 'task' action-oriented?
For example - I want to show all types of contract artifacts for a particular project.
Options are: contract, SOW, RFI, PO.....
I would like to be able to show these like in the example with the ability to 'check it off'
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
Hi @Sandra Lawrence , it seems that the Handy Status macro (from the Handy Macros app) may help in your case. You can create a predefined list of values and after that just select the option you need to label your items.
Hi Sandra, Have you tried Action Items macro ? you should be able to add checkboxes easily with that macro.

If I tie them to action items macro and label the page for rollup capabilities of other true action items, they become folded into the action items. These are not action items as they do not have any assignment; they are purely items that help characterize the project based upon standardized selection
