"Error connecting to server" message displayed when uploading a file on to confluence

I tried uploading a pdf file to Confluence. But it shows an error message "Error connecting to server". The size of the file is around 750 KB. Is that because of any network issues?

Hey @Jobi Varghese - it is possible that network issue is causing it, but to confirm this you may want to generate HAR file while reproducing the issue to get a better understanding of what goes wrong. 

If the HAR file shows HTTP 500 Internal error, you'd then want to check your {{<Confluence-Home>/logs/atlassian-confluence.log}} as the error is coming from server side and the log would be able to tell us the issue.

Thanks Lauretha. Issue was because of the network. When I tried uploading files using another network it got resolved.
