Hello,
this is happening on version 7.13.0 (which one of our customers is running):
When trying to move a page, no matter what you type it will always say "No matching pages found" in the suggestions, even though the pages exist.
Does anyone know why the suggestions are broken and could help us fix it?
This doesn't happen in our Confluence (same version).
Thanks!
Best Regards
Hi @mb As per the screenshot, looks like you were able to select the New Location of the page. Is that correct? It is possible that the content index is out of date, you can try rebuilding the search index (based on the size of the confluence site it may take several hours, so doing it during non-business hours is recommended)
Thank you, I will try doing so once businiess-hours are over! I'll get back to you whether it worked or not.
It seems to be outdated indeed:

Hi @Kishan Sharma today the search index has been rebuilt. It only took 47 seconds, but the problem persists.

Thank you @mb , seems you have a small instance hence the indexing was quick. I am not able to reproduce this issue and I am sure there wont be much logging available to investigate it as It looks like more of UI related problem. I would suggest you to raise a support ticket to Atlassian Support for further help.
