"Ouch! We can't load the image."

whenever i try to import and then run an mp4 I get the above. I cannot get this to work at all in any browser. our confluence is not online.

any help would be appreciated

Richard,

Could it be a size issue? Confluence can be restricted to only allow attachments of a certain size.

I tried both ways and get "video format or mime type is not supported"

Can you look at the page source and see if the link Confluence is generating is correct.  Also have you tried additional browsers.
