Reactivate Deleted Organization (Inactivity)

Hi There

My organization got deleted due to inactivity. As there is no Support Category where I can request help with I am asking here if my organization can be restored.

The E-Mail I received (26th of May 2025) states that I need to provide the Organization ID which is this one: 

923cck89-kb05-1c42-j006-k83j5328bka8

Upon verifying your account I see that you might be referring to the "site studio826.atlassian.net" which is currently deleted.

It was deactivated on 16th July 2023, due to inactivity as per our logs below:

Atlassian Cloud suspended by micros/flipr. Reason: INACTIVITY

Please note that as per our data storage FAQ: https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/track-storage-and-move-data-across-products/, we retain the data of free sites for upto 15 days and will be permanently deleted post that.

Since your site is completely deleted, unfortunately it is not possible to recover the instance.
