I work at an organization that has regular turnover of employees. I want to ensure that each task assigned to an employee who is leaving is reassigned to that employee's successor. Is there a simple way to reassign all tasks from one user to another rather than searching for and then editing each individual task?
We are using Confluence 5.9.3.
Hi Tim,
I'll try help you out. I think that change all tasks in one action is not possible at Confluence. But you should try use find and replace at browser. Something like find "@name" and replace "[~username]".
But the best is use JIRA to tasks and issues. You can use bulk operation and change all issues easily. You can read more here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/editing-multiple-issues-at-the-same-time-776997757.html
Best Regards.
