Receiving error when using the Delegated Group Manager macro

I am trying to import a group in Confluence into my space. However when I try to use the Delegated Group Manager macro I receive the error "As a Space Admin you can only view groups for the ~.... space key." I am the creator and owner of the space and I manage the group as well. 

Before hitting publish on the page though it does say "Space administrators can maintain Confluence groups that are based on their space key."

For those wondering. The groups that you are trying to use the macro with have to start with the key of the space you are trying to connect them to. For example group 123-456-789 will only work with the confluence space with they key 123.
