Recently updated macro is not updating itself anymore

For a few weeks now the recently-updated-macro for a space in confluence doesn't update itself in accordance with changes to the space as it used to in the past.

The only recent change that I could see as a possible cause for this change in behaviour is that I had to change the base URL for our company confluence.

Could this be the source of the issue and if so, how could this be fixed?

Hi @WS-BL 

by updating the base-URL did you do a proper Re-Indexing of the system? I made the experience that this affects also the behaviour of the recently updated macros.

You find the Settings here:

1. Go to  > General Configuration > Content Indexing. 
2. Select the Content queue or Change queue tab.
