Recommendations for content management tools

My organisation has a requirement for a plugin that will help to manage the content within our Confluence space and we can't find one that meets what we need:

• An authorisation flow for new pages that prevents pages being seen until they have gone through a verification check
• Automated alert (by email or when logging onto confluence) to page creator/authoriser for page to be reviewed, based upon a set of criteria (at a status/review timescale)

Is there anything out there that can do what we need?

I don't think it notifies reviewers, but there seems to be a report listing pages by status. I say give it a try.
