Can I remove the Related Content Portion at the bottom of my pages?

You can define the default behavior of the Related Content (including removeing it) per space from Space settings.

Hello @Esther Kiarie and welcome to the Community!  You should be able to do so via the Edit screen (as long as you have permissions for that page / space).
