I am using the project management functionality from JIRA to organise a small team of customer facing individuals. The concept is to use as a simple workflow board and to track things from a To Do backlog right through to Done; we have added in blocked and on hold for issues we cannot move or we are pausing on (some debate as to whether one column would have sufficed!) I have an issue now with packaging up a 'version' to move tickets from the done status to not show on the board. In our agile boards this isnt an issue and is the way we work with the development teams but I cannot seem to get it to work in a similar fashion for my needs. Any suggestions?
