I've created a file list and am using it store various documents. All of the documents have revision letters associated with them.
Instead of the file list displaying different 'versions' (version 1, version 2, version 3, etc.) is there a way to rename the 'version' to a revision letter (i.e. Revision A, Revision B, Revision C, etc.) so when we look at the history of the document in the file list we can see don't have to paw through each 'version' when trying to locate a specific revision?
Thanks
Hi @I.T. NHBB PB - Confluence doesn't offer custom versions on attachments. I've searched in the Atlassian Marketplace and no app offers that either.
One possible work-around would be to put the alternate revision name in the comment of the attachment. If you want to see the attachment comment in the page via a macro then you can use the Advanced Tables for Confluence app's Attachment Table macro in order to customize the attachment list display to include the comment.
Hope this helps.
