We are trying to upload/restore our data to new server install of latest/greatest version of Confluence. We receive the following message "Your request could not be processed because a required security token was not present in the request. You may need to re-submit the form or reload the page". This is happening in both Crome and IE (IE11).
I do not see any helpful solutions to get by this error message. Can someone assist us ? We are trying to upgrade from Confluence 4.0 to 5.4.4.
Our data folder size is 4.6gb. After zipping the data folder its down to 2.6gb.
If any other info is needed please let me know.
The solution I've found that I went to Scheduled Job and I cleared all cache related jobs. And the went to Cache Management --> Flush all.
It is working now.
enlarge the limit for attachment size. 10M is sometimes too small.

Adrien,
Thanks for your help. What files did you upload? Was it a backup file or data folder? We are just trying to make sure we are loading the correct file. Check out the this error message below

Hi John,
Alright, I understand where you are but it works for me. Hope we'll find someone else with the answer here!
Cheers,

We are loading the content of the site during the intial setup. It asks do we want to start an empty site or restore data. We are clicking restore data which is where we are getting the error message with red error message.

We have copied the file directly on the server before launching the restore. When we click 'Restore' we still receive the same message. Any other ideas?

It is not possible to upload a 2.6gb file through the web interface. If this is what you're doing, you should copy the file directly on the server (the name of the folder is provided in the Backup/Restore page) before launching the restore.

Also. the file we are uploading is the 'data' folder if that helps. Does it need to be a backup file?
