Restore a Deactivated Confluence Site

Hi All,

I created a personal confluence site a few years ago and have been using it for recording some personal thoughts. I use it not often it but when inspire comes I would open it. Today I login and it shows:

Confluence has been deactivated

Your Confluence Cloud subscription has been deactivated due to inactivity, and the data will be permanently deleted soon.
Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.

I click the link but it cannot direct me to a service order or contact email. So I come here for help. Could anyone help me activate my confluence site?

Kindly refer to last part of https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/reactivate-a-subscription/   - If you would like to have your data, ask Atlassian support to 

Once your site has been deactivated (i.e. your site has been taken offline), you have two weeks to pay your outstanding quote or contact Atlassian to have the site restored before your data will be permanently deleted.

Hi @Fung Leung Tsui ,

Confluence instances on the Free plan will be deactivated after 120 days of inactivity. If the site you're talking about is using a free plan, I'm afraid you won't be able to recover this data.

BTW, Atlassian Support Engineer will review the post and respond on this thread within 2 business days.
