Restore copy

I have a backup copy of Confluence but when I try to restore it I get an error and I don't know why. I do it from the Configuration menu, in the Import Spaces option.

Whats the error you are getting?  is it complete site backup which you are trying to restore?

Whats the size of the backup ?
