Restrict which Admin to receive a "Access Request" email

Hello, 

We would like to be able to restrict the Administrators group in order for a single person to receive the actual "Access Request" email. 

Is that a possibility ? 

I've been through:

both answers seem related to data center version of confluence. BTW, access request email should be addressed to based on the rule defined in the following article https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-Cloud-Admins-articles/Request-Space-access-now-in-Confluence/ba-p/2690197

For the access request to a specific restricted page, email should be addressed to the last contributor and page owner.

Moreover there is an open request to have a centralized menu to collect all these requests https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-78764
