Restrictions pane does not show in 1 space

Just in 1 space restrictions can't be set.

Using Firebug I found that clicking 'Restrictions' in the Tools-menu gives a 403 on the GET getpagepermissions. http://publicwiki.deltares.nl/pages/getpagepermissions.action?pageId=17334313&parentPageId=&parentPageTitle=

If I compare that to another space it looks that the spacekey-ref is missing:

Strangely I don't find anything in any log concerning this. How to troubleshoot further?

I have worked with Michiel on this issue through our Support. The issue was caused by an incompatible custom Page Layout in the affected Space. This is a known issue covered in this KB:

Why not add the spacekey-ref manually to the URL, as a work-around?

It's part of a GET. If one would paste this URL you get only the params needed:
