How do I duplicate tasks or milestones in the app Routemap?

I'm guessing you're referring to app from DevSamurai?
If so, I haven't used it but I would recommend reaching out directly to the vendor (see link above) as app support teams are usually quite responsive when it comes to providing support related to their apps.
*note that each app on the Marketplace should have a "Support" tab where contact details should be provided.
