Rovo chat stopped indexing PDF attachments. It worked 2 weeks ago. Is there a way to fix it?

Can you try using any other browser? Are you only facing this issue or your team members are also facing this issue?
You can try to upload new document and try to check for the document you recently uploaded?
There is no user-facing refresh button, so the index must pick up the file automatically.
Check with your Atlassian admin to confirm Rovo indexing is enabled in your environment.
If enabled and still not working, you or your Atlassian admin can open a support ticket with Atlassian Support.
For your information Ability for Rovo to index and search PDF files support ticket is resolved recently.

All users having the same issue. I have tried Chrome and Safari with the same results. It worked perfectely 2 weeks ago.
The index is enabled(see the screenshot). I don't see anything under object count. Is it suppose to show anything there?
