Saved filters not showing up in filter macro

Referencing CONF-28841

When a new filter is saved in JIRA it does not populate into the macro

Have tried reindexing on confluence.

Steps to reproduce:

Create a new saved filter in JIRA
Add the 'JIRA Issues' macro or some other macro that pulls saved filters from JIRA
See that the recently added filter does not appear in the list of usable filters
Reindex Confluence
Do not see all filters within the macro

Confluence User has the rights in JIRA to see the filter and has been shared to a Project
