Hello,
we currently have Confluence Version 7.4.4 installed. A User reported problems while using the inline comment functionality, whilst the others don't.
Trying to add an inline comment on strings only containing "name" fails with the following message:
Ihr Inline-Kommentar kann nicht hinzugefügt werden. Eventuell enthält der markierte Abschnitt ein Makro oder eine Benutzererwähnung. Markieren Sie Nur-Text.
I've tried reindexing and restart like descried in the Article https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/exception-when-creating-or-deleting-page-683181903.html .
It didn't help.
Can you help me?
Best Regards,
Perry
Hi @Perry ,
do you see any errors in the application logs when recreating this issue ?
If it's only for some users, I would think that this is an issue with browser cache or compatibility. Maybe ask them to try again with Incognito mode or with another browser ?
If it's only for some users, I would say that it's an issue client-side and not server-side.
Let me know if this helps,
--Alexis
