Scroll viewport - Error when trying to add another language

Hi everyone,

I tried to add another language in my scroll viewport site. When doing it like the help center describes I get an error message. The error message is postet here.

Can you please help me to solve this? English is the basic language and I want to add Chinese. The Confluence document is already translated.

This happens once in a while, most of the time, the issue will resolves itself within 10-20 minutes.

If it persist, though, you need to contact K15t support.
