Search bar not working in confluence

Hi Team,

 

I have installed confluence 7.4.1 and using confluence server license, on my confluence searching is not working. When I am searching anything in search bar then getting below error 

 

You are currently logged in as admin.

Click here for the dashboard. To log in as another user, you must first log out.

Hi @Himanshu Singh ,

I checked to see if confluence was down and if that could be contributing to your issue but it looks like all systems seem to be working fine.

That said, these are the other options you can try:

  1. Switch user accounts. Log out of  "cloudtopadmin" and switch user accounts to see if that helps. This error message seems to indicate that you might be logged in as cloudtopadmin while attempting to search as another user. 
  2. Contacting Atlassian support directly and raising a support ticket. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

    There was a similar question on here where a user contacted Atlassian support to request a reindex and that seemed to help their search problem. Although this is not the same exact problem, reaching out to support directly may be your best bet.
