Hi,
is it possible to search for attachment content only in the newest version of a (.docx)file? It seems like by default confluence also searches in older attachment-versions.

Regarding your request:
A duplicate search is included. This shows how many duplicates there are for a found element/file. The duplicates can be displayed with a click in a new searchtab.

I'm pretty sure you can't do this out of the box as version is not even a CQL field.
So in case the last modified date of the file is unknown, I can only think of third party version management apps who may perform that kind of extended search.
