Section Question

Is it possible to  have 4 two column sections and merge the sections in the right column, something like this. 
I'm pretty sure that the answer is NO, but thought it worth asking. 
I'm a beginner as far as the confluence page editor is concerned,

According to Atlassian's documentation, I'd say that this is not possible with sections.

However, you might be able to achieve the same effect by using a table.
