Hello there,
By default, Confluence sends notification e-mails in HTML format, when for example watched content is updated.
This causes a problem for some users who are using specific e-mail clients. According to them, the content of HTML e-mails is garbled.
In order to avoid this, is it possible to send notification e-mail in text format, or better yet, as an attachments to e-mail?
Please let me know if you have any idea.
Regards,
Daisuke Niwa
It's not possible to send notification e-mail in text format or as an attachment as far as I know. But that should be a good candidate for a Feature Request that you can create in https://jira.atlassian.com. But let's see if someone else has developed some sort of workarounds for this.
Thanks Giuliano,
I also think it's not possible at the moment. Creating a feature request on JAC looks like a nice idea.
