Send separate emails from confifors using 2 IFTTT Confluence Cloud

Hi community,

I have created 2 IFTTT's to send emails to two different groups containing different field entries from a confiforms macro

The two IFTTT's are below. both trigger a send email onCreated. The first IFTTT fires and email but the second one does not.

IFTTT1

The new employee is [entry.EmpName] commencing on [entry.stDate.formatDate(dd-MMM-yyyy)].

[entry.EmpName] will report to [entry.TeamLead] in [entry.Department.label].

Please direct any inquiries to [entry.HireManager.label].

Please set up and configure the following ICT system access and send a notification of the username and initial passwords to [entry.TeamLead]

[entry.ITSysAccess.transform(label.addCRLFHtml)]

Please grant access to the following Rydalmere network drives:

[entry.ResAccess.transform(label.addCRLFHtml)]

Any assistance to why the second IFTTT doesn't send an email would be appreciated

Do you have conditions in your IFTTTs? How are recipients (parameter) configured?
