Hi everyone!
I'm looking to set up a landing page in Confluence cloud and Jira cloud that shows a legal disclaimer with our company's policies.
It's legally required in my country, that all users must see and known before they access to the rest of the page. Ideally, the page would appear first, as a sort of mandatory homepage, before users can browse through spaces or projects.
Is there any native feature, workaround, or maybe an add-on that could help with this?
I'd really appreciate any advice or recommendations you can share.
Thanks a lot in advance!
Hi @María S
Welcome to the community.
You can customize the default dashboard/landing page in Confluence and Jira.
You might consider using theme apps available on the marketplace which allow for full customization of your site’s appearance and layout.
Alternatively, you can use a dedicated “Terms and Conditions” app for Confluence or Jira. So, users can accept your terms before accessing content.
Thank you so much for your reply and the warm welcome!
I'll take a closer look and see how I can apply it to our company.
Appreciate your help!
Regards!

Hi @María S
The easiest free and no-app method would be to use a dedicated Confluence space as a public landing page and enter the information there.
You can then add links (in form of cards, embeds, etc.) to your other public spaces.
Then, of course, there are theme apps that allow you to fully customize the look and feel.

First of all, thanks a lot for your answer!
That's actually what I'd found in my research, but I wanted to ask just in case I was missing something.
I'll take a look at theme apps just in case one suits with our needs.
Appreciate you taking time to reply!
Regards!
