Setting up Confluence area - Error during setup wizard

What is the error below trying to tell me?

Confluence v3.4.5 setup trying to upgrade to current (v3.4.5 > v3.5.17 > v5.0.3 > current)
Setting up a v3.4.5 system to match current production

System is Server 2012 R2

Database is Oracle 12c

You are correct that the Host name was not correctly setup. After adding our domainname.local to the host name we got through this issue. Thanks

The error pretty clearly states that it cannot find the host you provided – Is that host resolvable from your JIRA machine?
